Return & Refund Policy

YOUR RIGHTS TO CANCEL AN ORDER:
Order cancellations can be made within the next 24 hours after making the payment.
For cancellation, the following elements are considered:

  • The money received by the company will be reimbursed. For this, bank charges will be charged to the customer.
  • The refund of the money will be made up to 30 calendar days after receiving the cancellation acceptance email.
    It should be noted that the customer does not need to give any explanation for the cancellation of his order.

CONDITIONS FOR THE RETURN OF PRODUCTS
The product (s) may be returned by the client, requesting to be exchanged or requesting a refund, only if the product (s) do not correspond to the original order placed by the client, in terms of model, size and / or color. The return includes the product price, shipping costs and bank charges.
To accept the return of products, they must comply with the following:

  • They must not have signs of having been used or they must be mistreated, which will be verified at the company offices when they are received.
  • They must be returned in the original packaging, including the brand’s hang tag.
  • The products will be reimbursed at the price for which it was purchased by the customer.
  • In the case of national sales, the deadline to request a refund is 3 calendar days, counted from the day after the customer has received the products at the destination address.
  • In the case of international sales, the deadline to request a refund will be 10 calendar days, counted from the day after the customer has received the products at the destination address.
  • The refund will be made within a period of no more than 30 calendar days, without any charge to the client. The term is counted from the moment the product arrives at the company’s offices.
  • The shipping cost will not be refunded, if the post office returns the item due to an incorrect or incomplete address or because the customer has not picked up the item at the respective office. An email will be sent informing the client of this situation, so that they can indicate the correct address
